Drifting Passion produces and distributes AI-generated drift films and related content on this website and on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. On Instagram we also publish photos and clips that our followers shoot and send us, credited to them. Those are covered by the submission terms on the Submit page.
2. AI-GENERATED CONTENT
Our films are created with artificial intelligence and are disclosed as made with AI. They are creative works and do not depict real events, real vehicles owned by third parties, or real identifiable people. Nothing in our content is instructional or an invitation to perform dangerous driving.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content we create, including videos, images, text, branding and the Drifting Passion name, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share our content through the native sharing features of the platforms it appears on. You may not copy, re-upload, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
- Do not use our content or website for unlawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorised access to our website or systems.
- Do not misrepresent our content as your own or as real footage.
5. THE DRIVABLE LOT
The 3D course on the front page is a game. It is not a driving simulator, it teaches nothing about real driving, and nothing in it should be tried on a public road.

Our content is published on third-party platforms, each with its own terms and policies. We are not responsible for those platforms; your use of them is governed by their respective terms.
