SEND YOUR PHOTO OR CLIP
Shot a slide at the track? Send us the photo or clip. If we post it, it goes on our Instagram as a Collab with you, in our Story with your name on it, or both.
SUBMISSION TERMS
- These terms apply when you send us a photo or video through this page. "We" means Drifting Passion, Norway, post@drifting-passion.com.
- By sending, you confirm that you took the photo or filmed the video yourself, that it is real and not made or changed with AI, that you own the rights to everything in it including sound and music, that it has not been posted anywhere before, that everyone recognisable in it agrees to it being published, that it was shot legally (at a track, an event, or on private ground with permission), and that you are 18 or older.
- You give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence with no time limit to publish it on Instagram, our other social media channels and this website, to trim, crop and resize it, and to add a caption and your credit. You keep the copyright. Once we have posted it, you are free to post it yourself too.
- We decide whether and when to post. We do not pay for photos or videos, and most of what we receive is not posted.
- We credit you with the Instagram username you give us. A post (photo or Reel) goes up as a Collab: Instagram sends you an invite, and once you accept, the post also shows on your profile. Instagram only allows Collabs with public accounts, so if yours is private, we credit you in the caption instead. A Story shows your username on the photo or video, and a Story video shows at most the first 60 seconds. If you choose Both, we post it both ways.
- Your photo or video is posted as real, without an AI label. That is why we only accept photos and videos that are not made or changed with AI.
- Want it taken down? Email post@drifting-passion.com with the reference number you get after sending. We take it down within 7 days.
- If someone claims rights to a photo or video, or it breaks these terms, we take it down. You are responsible for what you send us.
- What we store about you, and for how long, is described on our Privacy page. We remove location data and other hidden information from photos and videos before we post them.
- Norwegian law applies.
